My Journey as a Business Leader
When I began my leadership journey, I was lucky to have a mentor who showed up when it mattered most. He didn’t just give advice—he listened, kept me grounded, and taught me how to lead with purpose, especially when things didn’t go as planned.
I have made mistakes. I have stumbled. I am only human. But each setback taught me something valuable, lessons I now bring to the businesses I support. Those lessons are now part of how I support the businesses I work with. Because leadership isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being real, fair, accountable, and always willing to grow.
